THE MAIN SPACE: PLAZA DEL CRISTO
The Plaza del Cristo, in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, is the main venue of Planeta Fest.
It is a large, open-air and easily accessible space.
The programme in this square is designed so that audiences can move freely and choose how to position themselves.
In this space, measures are taken to facilitate access for diverse audiences, such as:
- accessible routes
- wide areas without obstacles
- the possibility to enter and leave during performances
- clear information about schedules and use of the space
Each activity provides specific information on how the space is organised on that day.

HOW WE WORK ON ACCESSIBILITY AT THE FESTIVAL
Accessibility at Planeta Fest is not the same for all activities.
Each performance is different.
Each space is also different.
That is why information is provided clearly and specifically, activity by activity.
ACCESSIBILITY SHEETS FOR EACH PERFORMANCE
Each performance has its own accessibility sheet.
In that sheet we explain:

- what the experience is like
- whether there is spoken text or not
- how the performance space is arranged
- whether there are intense lights or sounds
- whether the audience participates
- what support is available for that performance
This information helps each person decide whether they want to attend and under what conditions.
AVAILABLE SUPPORT
Depending on the performance and the space, there may be:
- sign language interpretation
- audio description
- easy-to-read information
- hearing loop
- front-of-house assistance
- mobility support
For each activity, we list only the support that is actually available.

CONTACT
If you have questions or need specific support, you can email the festival team before you come. Tell us what you need and for which activity.
